How do I make a claim?

If you're involved in an incident you should notify your Agency and Deliveroo. If you need to make a claim, please use the Incident Report Form which can be downloaded and sent to us.

Do you insure my bike/car/scooter?

Your free insurance does not cover your bike, scooter or vehicle. If you suffer damage in an accident that is not your fault, you may be able to claim against the responsible party.

Does this cover accidents when driving a scooter/car?

The Personal Accident insurance covers you when logged in and online for Personal Accident and Income protection benefits (click on the Your cover link for more details) that are not provided by your Agency. The insurance does not cover you for damage or injury caused to third parties.

What if I stop working with Deliveroo?

To be eligible for the free rider accident insurance you must be an active and registered rider with Deliveroo, if you have stopped working with Deliveroo you will not benefit from the insurance cover. Please note the cover applies only whilst you are logged in and online on the DeliverooApp.
